With the many end of the year "Best Of" lists floating around right now, I'm realizing just how many potentially great horror movies I need to catch up on from 2015. One in particular that I'd been circling for a while is A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night. After hearing it come up again on a recent podcast, I finally took the time to give it a watch.

Happy 2016 fellow horror dorks. In an effort to increase my writing volume in the new year, I'm going to be doing a weekly profile of someone I'd like to know more about in the horror genre. If you've got anyone that you'd like to know more about, hit me up in the comment section or on Twitter.
For this week, I'm focusing on the man who spent almost two decades trying to kill a nutjob in a William Shatner mask, Donald Pleasence. While I'm sure most anyone on this site knows him as Dr Sam Loomis from John Carpenter's Halloween, if you're like me you don't know much about him beyond his time as the good doctor. Here are a few tidbits to change that:
